Comprehensive Purchase, Sales, and Inventory Management System – Optimize Your Business Operations

How to Use This Sheet:  

1. Set Up the Master Product Sheet:     Add your products to the Master Product Sheet. Enter unique codes for each product, along with the description, category, cost, and selling price.  

2. Entering Purchase Data:     Navigate to the Purchase Details tab. Enter the purchase date, product code, and quantity. The sheet will automatically pull in the cost and other details from the Master Product Sheet.  

3. Entering Sales Data:   Navigate to the Sales Details tab. Enter the sale date, customer name, product code, and quantity sold. The sheet will automatically calculate the selling price, revenue, total cost, and margin based on the Master Product Sheet.  

4. Using the Dashboard:   Access the Dashboard tab to view a summary of your sales, purchases, and inventory data. The dashboard provides real-time insights and analytics to help you monitor and analyze your business performance.  

5. Refreshing Pivot Tables:   After adding new data, go to the Pivots sheet. Refresh the pivot tables to ensure that all the data is up-to-date and accurately reflected in your analysis.
